Day 95

My new ride!!!

We purchased bikes for my hubby and I tonight. He has never had one (since we've been married), and mine has been broken since Sept. We drove to Wal-Mart, then had a family bike ride home. It was a little chilly, but still so much fun :)

Day 89

One thing about living here is not having so many options to getting my hair done. I love having several friends who can do my hair for me. While on my trip, one of them did my hair while our kids played together (and I got my brows waxed). We had a fun time, plus she cooked me some awesome dinner! But I did this a few days ago, I figured it was time to share with you all that I changed my hair. It's dark, again, and I LOVE IT!!!

Day 88

It's so nice to be home, and have no snow! My little man got to ride his bike around today (with no jacket on). He talked about his bike almost everyday on our trip. He was so happy to get back to it :) Oh and he was soooo excited when I found this shirt in the laundry. He loves his hand-me-down shirt. This is now his favorite NBA team because he has a shirt to match.

Day 79

What a great day. We took our time getting ready and packing our things up. Then we went to BJ's for yummy lunch. Then we shopped!!! (to the point where both my kids had melt-downs). But it was fun, and we enjoyed spending time with Kayla! (she's a great aunt)

Day 78

Oh Vegas.... We spent the day on the strip. Shopping and looking at the cool attractions. We stopped by the famous sign to take a picture, and film something for my sis-in-laws school. A man dressed as Elvis in a purple suit was talking WAY to much to us, but we got a good laugh out of it. Sorry to all my friends, but I'm glad we no longer live here.

Day 77

We spent the day hanging out at my mom's house. I didn't have the best night's sleep because this little one had a bad cough, and so I chose to sleep in his bed. He rolled around and kicked me all night. At one point his foot was laying across my face. But I still love him. How can you not with his BEAUTIFUL eyes?
We did eventually leave the house to go pick up my sis-in-law, and do a little shopping. Then this guy had a complete melt-down, and I had to try hard to remember how cute he really is. I need this image permanently imprinted on my brain so I can always be nice to him, when he makes it REALLY hard.

Day 76

My kids are so blessed to have grandparents that care about and love them. My mother was sick, but still found the energy to make cookies with the kids. We have really enjoyed the time with family during this trip.

Day 75

We went to the beautiful park downtown. There is a waterfall, and a river, and so many rocks to climb all over. The weather was perfect and we let the kids play. We attempted another cousin picture. It was much better this time around :)
Also, this family went home today. I was so grateful they made the trip over to see us. We felt special, and also so happy to share time with them. Thanks guys!

Day 74

Grandma was so kind to take the day off and spend time with us. We all went to the children's museum, followed by a fun picnic in our backyard. Then she was so awesome to stay with the kids while the big girls went and got pedicures. Later we went to the park and took pictures of all the grandkids together. Haha.... that was a fun experience :)

Day 73

Today we slept in (cuz of the time change) and rushed to get ready for church. After that we enjoyed the rest of our Sunday. The kids got to see their great-grandparents. We took a quick picture with all of them together.
