Saturday

Day 8

My friend told me yesterday that my to-do list was ridiculous (cuz it's so long). I have to agree with her! But if I don't write things down, then I forget. At least it's shrinking, I used to have 70-ish items. Now I'm down to 25.

Friday

Day 7

It's her half birthday again! She's getting too big!!!

Thursday

Day 6

Daddy doesn't shovel, so we are putting this little one to work!

Wednesday

Day 5

I love when the dr. office has toys in the lobby to entertain little ones. We went today for a follow up from his surgery. Everything looks great and he has completely healed!

Tuesday

Day 4

This picture makes me smile in so many ways. And I'm going to share them all with you.
1. My son looks like a hoodlum to me
2. He loves his "pirate" jacket that my friend gave us. It's really a Halloween jacket, and this is about the only thing he likes to wear out in the cold.
3. He loves rainboots and not so much his snowboots.
4. See that little bit of blue he's holding? He got that stuffed dog from the fair a few months back. Since then he has named it Thomas (like the train) and plays with it all the time!
5. I'm lucky I got this shot, because he sits still long enough for me to get a picture, but as soon as he hears me click my camera once, he's outta there!
6. It's hard to tell....but all the white in the picture is SNOW and I love it:)
7. I love his smile!!!!

Monday

Day 3

This cute little girly went back to school today. She loved her winter break, but was happy to go to school. After school we went to sign her up for gymnastics, but she's always thinking of others and said she would miss today so she could spend more time with Daddy since he had the day off. (And that means a lot since she LOVES gymnastics)

Sunday

Day 2

This sweet boy went to sundbeams today! He had so much fun, but I'll miss him in nursery with me. I can't believe how big he is now.

Saturday

Day 1

This was the last day to enjoy our visit with Grandma & Grandpa. They had a blast with them and especially loved that they got to stay up and party till midnight!

The Beginning

A few months back my sister talked about how she missed this blog. I thought about it for awhile, and looked through my old photos. There were things that happened, and I had completely forgotten about them. So I decided it would be a good idea to start the blog up again. One reason is because it is a journal and helps document my life, two, it helps me pick up my camera again, and maybe I can find the joy in photography again, three, Kenny pointed out that it helps me look for the positive in my life, and four, it helps family and friends who are far away see what we are up to.

So here we are 2 years later and I'm trying it out again. I may not make it through the year-like last time, and I may not post everyday, but I'll try. I hope you all enjoy as you see what our days are like.
